I'm a potential employer, how do you charge for services.We charge you a fixed fee per day or month for resource(s) deployed at any given time. This is negotiable and linked to the number of placements, duration of those deployed, and a administration fee for service management. For a guide this ranges from 5-25% of the agreed rate(s). There are no upfront fee(s) to pay for regular clients, however there may be an account setup fee linked to your first placement.

I'm a candidate and I've found a placement, can you help with Contracting & Payroll ServicesAbsolutely, at GSL we offer contracting and payroll services to assist candidates who have found placements. Our expert team can facilitate the contracting process, ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met. We handle payroll services, including payment processing, tax withholding, and benefits administration, allowing candidates to focus on their work without worrying about administrative tasks. Our goal is to provide seamless and reliable support to candidates, helping them navigate the complexities of contracting and payroll with ease. Utilising our standard support package this is included in your Priority Access Plan(s), the only exception would be benefits administration which MAY require an additional handling or transactional charge.

How much do you charge candidates for ongoing services?The work we do is skilled, highly specialised, and proactive, we only charge for consultations and ongoing management services. Time is precious and we spend that time wisely to secure placements and managed our Priority Members services. Our Priority Membership Plans are designed to accelerate the curve and support you whilst either proactively looking or while in placement. In either instance, we help to ensure you are always enabled to Focus, on the tasks you want to do, are as Productive as possible, allowing personal Growth, whilst maintaining the work-life Balance sort from their career choices.
